Matt, again awesome stuff. I love the look of the Colonel. Totally works for me.
I think the uniforms however are a little too neat and tidy. Remember these guys have been in battle for weeks. They've been in hand to hand combat. They need to look rough and worn. They should also have caps on their heads, and I'd give them muskets to carry.
